IP Unity Glenayre Joins the Debate at the SDP Summit

Duluth, Ga. — September 17, 2007— IP Unity Glenayre, a leader in carrier-grade messaging and multi-media solutions over IP, TDM and enterprise networks, is taking part in a panel discussion at this year’s SDP Summit, being held at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany from 18 to 20 September 2007.

SDP (Software Delivery Platform) is receiving major consideration in the deployment of next generation network applications. The role of the SDP has sparked considerable debate relative to other IMS implementation frameworks.

At this year’s SDP Summit, Chanh Phung, Vice President of Product Management at IP Chanh Phung, Vice President of Product Management at IP Unity Glenayre, will be participating in the Solution Providers Debate ‘Is the SDP a precursor, an alternative or a support to IMS?’ on Wednesday 19th September at 5.50pm. The panel, which also includes representatives from OSS Observer, Cantata, OpenCloud and Motorola, aims to answer questions around SDP and its relationship to IMS.

The 45 minute session will include discussion and debate from the panel, together with an opportunity for the audience to ask questions and offer opinions.
