Dominic Gomez
President & CEO

Dominic Gomez joined Movius in November 2010 bringing a wealth of knowledge in the telecom industry, as well as an impressive track record of growth and achievement. He was president of Purple Communications, a leading provider of text and video relay and on-site interpreting services. Prior to Purple Communications, Dominic was chief operating officer for Hanaro Telecom, Inc., Korea's second largest carrier and leading integrated telecommunications provider offering a range of broadband Internet, voice, and video services. He led all day-to-day operations and was responsible for $2.0 billion in revenue and more than 4 million customers. Prior to joining Hanaro Telecom, Gomez held senior and executive management positions at Qwest Communications, Pacific Bell and AT&T.

Dominic received his Bachelor of Science degree in public administration from the University of Southern California and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Executive Program for Management Development.


                                                                                                                                            Stacy Kilgore
Chief Financial Officer & SVP Operations

Stacy is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, IT, and manufacturing operations.  He is also a key member of Movius' executive team and will help lead overall corporate strategic direction. Before joining Movius, Stacy served as Vice President, EMEA Finance & Treasury for CDC Software where he was responsible for all of the finance and accounting operations of their EMEA region.  Prior to CDC Software, he held the position of controller for the international operations at Witness Systems where he managed the finance and accounting teams in the UK, India and Hong Kong. Prior to Witness Systems, Stacy was with KPMG in their Audit Practice.

Stacy brings a solid knowledge of finance in a global environment and has significant experience in mergers & acquisition activities.  He holds his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from California State University in Sacramento, and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.   He is a certified public accountant in the state of California.


Amit Modi
Chief Technology Officer

Amit’s responsibilities include managing the Product Evangelization, Product Management, Technology Partnerships Development and Marketing functions. Amit leads Movius to demonstrative excellence in the marketplace by driving product roadmaps and strategy, developing an expanding portfolio of messaging and interactive mobile media solutions, and delivering global customer support.

Amit’s extensive telecommunications experience has been integral at Movius since the inception of IP Unity over 11 years ago. He was instrumental in building the products from scratch and deploying them to customers globally. He has also held various leadership positions including heading APAC & Europe Sales, and heading Global Channel Partners Business. In these roles Amit exceeded goals and expanded Movius business in international and emerging markets.

Prior to IPunity he worked for Wipro Technologies in India. Amit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in India and has an International Executive MBA from IE Business School in Spain.


Brad Reeves
Vice President Human Resources & Legal

Brad joined Movius in December 2011 and is responsible for managing all of the legal affairs of the Company. He has over 11 years of experience as the general counsel of technology companies. Most recently he was the General Counsel for Predictix, a company providing predictive analytic software to Tier One retailers and prior to that he was a Founder, GC and EVP of Operations at Procuri, a Software as a Service provider of strategic sourcing and contract management software solutions.  Procuri was sold to Ariba in 2007.  Prior to that time he was a litigator, primarily representing physicians at Emory University and The Emory Clinic.
Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in Economics and Psychology and his law degree from Emory University School of Law.

Rajit Gulati
Vice President Engineering

Rajit joined Movius in 2009 and is responsible for Research & Development, Quality Assurance and Program Management functions. He is instrumental in strategizing and executing the product vision for new products along with sustaining the existing customer base.  
Rajit has a long-standing successful record of technology leadership that includes technology architecture, strategic planning, product development, systems integration and employee development. Prior to joining Movius, Rajit led development centers in US, Latin America and India for Studiocom building digital solutions for Fortune 500 customers like Coke, Mattel, Kimberly Clark etc. Before Studiocom, Rajit led software engineering for COXnet where he managed multi-site development for Cox Media solutions.  He also has held several consultancy positions for customers such as Cox Enterprises, Sotheby’s and John Deere.  
Rajit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Aurangabad University and a Masters in Business Administration from Pune University in India.

Lynn Herrick
Vice President Global Sales Operations & Engineering

Lynn’s responsibilities include managing Sales engineering and bid and proposal groups globally. His primary goal is driving Movius to be a forerunner in the telecom marketplace by directing product strategy & implementation to Movius customers. Lynn’s team transforms Movius’ internal investments in technology and architecture into customer-facing, demand-driven solutions, adding core value to Movius’ business.  In the meantime striving to ensure Movius’ competitiveness in the global marketplace and assuring customer satisfaction.  Lynn has been with Movius for 9 years.  
Prior to joining Movius, Lynn served in many engineering roles functioning in network, system & sales engineering roles; as an individual contributor and manager. He served in these positions at industry leaders including Ascend Communications, Lucent Technologies & Intel.  Lynn’s extensive experience in the Data-communication/telecommunication industry stretches more than 20 years expanding in both sales and customer service.  
Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M-Commerce.
John Green
Vice President North America Sales

John Green joined Movius in November 2011 as Vice President of Sales for North America where he is responsible for leading and onward developing the Communication Service Provider (CSP) & Channel Partner initiatives. John  is an accomplished global executive-level  technology sale’s professional with over 20 years of experience in the MSO (Cable), Wireless (Mobile), Wire Line (PSTN) and Homeland Security / Lawful Intercept markets, internationally.  Prior to joining Movius, John spent the last 12 years at Telesoft Technologies , where he held a variety of sales management roles in Europe, Asia PAC  and from 2004 was Vice President of Sales & Operations for the Americas. He devised and actively executed sales plans, strategies and tactics that increased sales and market share, with Communication Service Providers (CSP’s), Network Equipment Providers (NEP’s) and System Integrators (SI’s) in the North American Market (& International Markets).  John’s experience covers; Direct End User Sales (CSP’s), OEM (White Label), System Integrators (SI’s) and Channel/Vertical Partners, allowing strategic alignment to the specific client requirements. John started his career with the Ministry of Defense (MOD) in England and has held Sales Management positions with organizations such as Great Nordic Group, Marconi & NERA Telecommunications.
John earned his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in electronics and communication from Sunderland University in England and holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Riversdale College of Technology, in Liverpool, England.
Steve Summers
Senior Vice President Global Sales and Partners

Steve Summers joined the Movius team in October of 2012 as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Partners. Steve is responsible for developing and leading worldwide sales strategies; building and maintaining key relationships with customers and partners, identifying and engaging new business opportunities and helping drive Movius business into new territories.
Steve is a veteran in the Telecoms industry with over 25 years experience in General Management and Global Sales Leadership, many of them in mobile messaging and value–added services companies. Steve has a highly successful track record of selling into Mobile, Cable, Fixed and VoIP operators.  Prior to joining Movius, Steve was Vice President of Sales EMEA at Neustar Inc. Previously he held senior positions at companies including Octel Communications, Comverse, Openwave and Airwide Solutions.    
He holds a Higher National Diploma in electronics from Merton College of Technology in London, England.


Leonardo Vidal
Vice President Central and Latin America Sales

Leonardo Vidal joined Movius in November of 2012 as the VP of Sales for Central and Latin America. Vidal is responsible for leading the CALA team and executing the go-to-market and operational strategies for Movius in the region.

Vidal came to Movius with more than 18 years´ experience within the technology industry in both Europe and CALA regions. Most recently he served as the Senior Director for Neustar Latin America Carrier Services group based in Brazil. Previously, he held several senior direct and indirect sales positions with device management and messaging companies including Mformation, Openwave and Critical Path – as well as in the Internet and technology space including Infospace, CA and EDS. During this time he worked with many leading handset manufacturers and system integrators serving fixed and mobile operators including America Móvil, Telefónica, Telecom Italia and Cable & Wireless groups as well as regulators and industry associations GSMA and ABR Telecom in Brazil.

Vidal is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, holds an Information Systems degree from PUC Brazil.
