ATLANTA - November 12, 2012 – Global leader in application enablement, Movius Interactive Corporation, has appointed Leonardo Vidal as its new Vice President of Sales for Central and Latin America (CALA).     

As a key member of the senior management team Vidal will be leading the CALA team and responsible for creating and executing the go-to-market and operational strategies for Movius in the region. 

Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, Vidal comes to Movius with more than 18 years´ experience within the technology industry in both Europe and CALA regions. Most recently he served as the Senior Director for Neustar Latin America Carrier Services group based in Brazil.

Prior to Neustar, Vidal held positions at Mformation, Openwave, Critical Path, CA and EDS. During this time he worked with many leading operators, including America Móvil, Telefónica, Telecom Italia and Cable & Wireless groups as well as regulators and industry associations GSMA and ABR Telecom.
