While the caller waits for the called party to pick up, the system can play up-to-the-minute stock quotes, weather, news, music, and traffic reports in addition to prerecorded directions and company hours.
Other features include a caller option to dial by name or transfer to an operator, complete schedule support for working/after hours, the ability to record messages for pre-configured or caller-entered mailboxes, and more.
