Video Conferencing
Real-time collaborative video conferencing can be a significant edge in today's fiercely competitive marketplace. Unfortunately, most solutions require expensive hardware/software and only work on a limited number of devices.
Video Conferencing employs state-of-the-art carrier-grade IP technology that allows any user with a video-enabled device (wireless, wired, broadband) to participate in a real-time collaborative video conference — and all for a remarkably low cost. Up to eight video and 100 audio-only attendees can take part in a conference.
The system offers all the benefits of traditional audio conferencing, and is just as easy to use. Its advanced Web interface features a variety of powerful options that enable both attendees and moderators unprecedented control. One of two "templates" can be chosen (4-party or 8-party) for any given conference. These templates actually enhance the conference experience as every attendee is able to effectively participate. Other features include general Q&A, voting sessions, mute, lecture mode, private communication and access to an in-conference operator for assistance.
Video Conferencing works in conjunction with Movius' carrier-grade Mereon 6000 Media Server and Mereon Application Server, and can be easily configured to provide a rich set of multi-lingual conferencing features from 2 to 108 ports (including audio participants). It also seamlessly integrates with existing IP, TDM and converged communications infrastructures, delivers superior voice/video quality and virtually eliminates the need for costly operator administration.
Whether it's an "ad hoc" team meeting or a planned conference with 100 attendees, Video Conferencing is the ideal solution.
