Unsolicited Material Policy

Any third party submitting any unsolicited information, material, or other communication (the "Unsolicited Material") to Movius Interactive Corporation or any of its affiliates (collectively, "Movius") should understand that Movius and its employees are constantly developing new products, services and features which may be similar or even identical to any ideas contained in the Unsolicited Material. Movius is not obligated to maintain any Unsolicited Material in confidence, unless a binding non-disclosure agreement or confidentiality agreement applicable to such Unsolicited Material is executed by the parties. Movius will consider any Unsolicited Material to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Movius shall have no obligations concerning the Unsolicited Material, contractual or otherwise, and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Unsolicited Material. Movius shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Unsolicited Material for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the third party submitting the Unsolicited Material. Further, any Unsolicited Material will not be returned to the third party sender.
